Single story office unit 

We will have available July 2010, one unit suitable for a number of business or retail uses. The unit is 800 square foot, currently consisting of office, store room/workshop with WC/H&C. Entrance doors into office with additional up and over door for workshop.

SMALL WORKSHOP

Currently we have no workshops within the main buildings. Although all are let, we do have them come available sometimes at short notice, so call and register an interest and we will let you know as soon as one is likely to come available.

20' x 8' workshop facilities could be provided. These are shipping containers with single phase power and light, but no other facilities. Short term lets available.

We have a number of secure areas, from as little as £8 per week. Minimum rental one month. Own padlock. Units vary from 300 cu ft to 2000 cu ft. Ideal for document storage facilities. All areas covered by CCTV.

We have an engineer ready to come over and offer a FREE survey and quote
to add extra security and insulation to your home or office.

Good, secure storage in water-tight sea containers. Most containers are less than one year old and have wooden flooring.
Double access doors, lockable.
Ideal for short-term storage or for clearing out the garage. Moving house - ideal storage for furniture.

Special rates for longer term industrial users.
